New Item

PREVENTIVE MEDICINE IS MUCH MORE THAN PILLS! Did you know smiles and laughter are healing to your body as well as your mind?  The release of stress is very important to many parts of your body.  If you are stressed, try singing music that you love.  Hymns are my favorite, but there are fun, relaxing songs you can sing that give your mind, body and attitude a reboot.  Try it, you will like it!  Let me know if it helps this week.  joydufhttp://joyduf.blogspot.com
